One of the canvases from my GCSE final piece of the topic title; 'Footwear'.
It's part of a larger piece of three canvases, each representing past, present and future. This is the present canvas, which is meant to represent the childish and teenage stage of footwear. The wizard of Oz's red shoes are a fairy tale, which is to do with children, whilst the converse are more teenage shoes, if you get my drift.
I was exploring how footwear changes throughout your life and how certain shoes have certain memories attached.
